How It Works
Community postcards work differently from a normal ad buy — you're sharing the mailing cost with other local businesses, but never with a direct competitor. Here's the full process.
1. A card fills up by category
Each postcard has 16 ad spots — 8 on the front and 8 on the back — each tied to a local business category: HVAC, dentist, plumber, restaurant, and so on. Every category can be sold exactly once per card. As businesses buy in, the card fills up and the categories still open shrink.
2. You request an open category
Browse the current card and pick an open category that matches your business. If your category is already claimed, it's claimed — we don't run two competitors on the same card, ever.
3. We confirm and collect payment
Submitting the form reserves your interest, not a charge. We follow up within 1-2 business days to confirm the spot is still open and collect payment.
4. We build your ad
Every spot includes a template-based design at no extra cost. Send us your logo, contact info, and offer, and we'll drop it into the card layout. Prefer your own design? Send it over — we'll make sure it fits the card and prints cleanly.
5. The card prints and mails
Once a card is full, we send it to print and it goes out to every home on the route — typically 4,800-5,000 homes per card.
Pricing
That's it — no add-on menu, no hidden fees. Template design, printing, and mailing are all included in the price. Prepaying multiple mailings just saves you money.
